Heather is a seasoned coach, facilitator and consultant who has always been guided by her intuition. She brings a breadth and depth of experience and wisdom acquired through various leadership positions, a diverse consulting practice, and her own lived experience. Her clients consistently value her professionalism, compassion, insight, and capacity to nurture a collaborative and inclusive environment (see testimonials).
Having successfully navigated significant and transformative change in her own personal life, Heather made the decision to get credentialed as a coach so that she could support others to intentionally lean into and chart their own personal growth and development.

SECTOR CONTRIBUTIONS
Heather has contributed to sector initiatives that advance thinking and practice in key areas, including the following:
- Heather conducted research for the Ontario Trillium Foundation on ‘Strengthening Collaboration in the Not-for-Profit sector’, and co-developed a free on-line resource to enable effective and meaningful collaboration and collective impact
- Heather researched and co-authored a paper on Shared Governance, Shared Decision-making for Nonprofit Governance, and facilitated learning labs for the Ontario Nonprofit Network’s ‘Reimagining Governance’ Initiative, intended to ‘create pathways towards stronger and more innovative governance’
- Heather was part of the ADVANCE Leadership Team at the University of Toronto that was funded by the Ministry of Health to work with Ontario Health Team’s around the province, enabling effective Collaborative Governance (through shared leadership, decision-making and accountability AND authentic collaboration processes/tools)
