Make strategic and informed choices about how to focus your energy and achieve greater impact.

STRATEGIC PLANNING & THINKING

Making decisions off the top of our heads is not exercising duty of care, and it is not being strategic. Strategic planning and thinking involves making decisions about what your organization will do and will not do, where to focus your energy, and what success will look like.

Heather Graham works with leadership teams to:

  • Identify and gather relevant information that will inform your planning.
  • Engage relevant stakeholders with diverse perspectives and experiences to test your assumptions and get buy-in.
  • Examine multiple options and make difficult choices about where to focus your energy moving forward.
  • Ensure that individuals across the organization are committed to working towards the same goals.
  • Build your capacity to successfully implement and monitor the identified priorities.
